Designed to allow governments to set challenges and capture ideas, comments and ratings from participants, Dialogue App is a crowd sourcing tool custom-built for deliberative discussions online. Users are able to submit their own proposals as well as comment and add support to others’ proposals. Government officials can also reply to proposals in order to facilitate conversation with users.
