    CityVoice is a place based call-in system for gathering, sharing, and understanding community feedback. The tool highlights three main functionalities: Accessible : Anyone with a telephone can participate with CityVoice. Access to, or knowledge of, computers or smart phones is unnecessary. Just call in and speak. Engaging : The human voice is a rich medium for communication. Combining it with digital technology is a powerful way to connect with people. Robust : Collect opinions in a structured manner and quickly understand the underlying thinking and sentiment behind those opinions. Follow up with citizens easily. CityVoice is open-source and its code is available on GitHub . CityVoice is a project by Code for America in partnership with the City of South Bend.
