From the website: Welcome to the Santana Row-Valley Fair and Winchester Boulevard Urban Villages online survey! The City of San José is in the process of drafting Urban Village Plans for two Urban Villages, Santana Row/Valley Fair (outlined in blue on the map to the right), which has emerged as a major regional destination, and Winchester Boulevard (outlined in orange), a key corridor surrounded by residential neighborhoods. These Urban Village Plans will present a long-term (2040) vision for these areas, located less than four miles from Downtown. This survey is an integral part of the planning process in developing the planning documents that will guide future development. We invite all community members to participate in sharing their vision for these areas and expressing their preferences on the material presented. Your ideas and feedback will help the City of San José make important planning decisions about the future of these areas.
