Port Phillip Council in Melbourne use EngagementHQ to engage their community. One of their first consultations asked for community views on a design competition relating to gates for the botanical gardens. This was noteworthy because of the use of embedded slide share presentations in the forum questions to illustrate the designs. Unfortunately 2 of the entries were later withdrawn but the site still shows the potential of this use of presentations to elicit community comment
