From the website: "In July, the Secretary of Health and Human Services announced the federal government expects to initiate a voluntary fall vaccination program against the H1N1 flu virus… In this web-based dialogue the CDC invited the public to discuss, deliberate, and offer input regarding whether to take a “full-throttle” or a “go-easy” approach to mass vaccination for the novel H1N1 influenza, or a moderate approach somewhere in-between."
