EPA Endangerment and Cause or Contribute Findings for Greenhouse Gases public commenting

The Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) held a 60-day public comment period on proposed findings about endangerment through Greenhouse Gases and their causes in April 2009, under the Clean Air Act. A final report will go towards further environmental regulation. They received 380.000 comments and reviewed them for consideration during the development of the final report.
