As SFU looks ahead to its half-century celebrations 2015, I think it’s important to take stock of our strengths, review our goals and seize new opportunities. For the next several months, I’ll be reaching out to the many communities SFU serves for answers to 10 important questions. I urge you to add your voice to this important discussion whether in person, at specific events, or online. I am eager to hear from students, staff, faculty, alumni, parents–anyone and everyone who shares an interest in our wonderful institution. From this broad and varied perspective, we will prepare a new Strategic Vision for SFU . This document, which I anticipate will be complete this fall, will serve as the university’s road map for the next five years. I look forward to hearing from you Andrew Petter President and Vice-Chancellor. In addition to face-to-face events, the consultation relies on Wordpress , Twitter and email to gather input as well as the university’s general Facebook and Youtube accounts.
